Don’t think we weren’t thinking about Vixens, Stags, Swingers, and others. If you are of the right age group and you see something like this you will automatically think about the song Cherry Pie by Warrant. It is not about “swinging” in the way some of us think about it, but pretty close. The “cherry pie” refers both to the girl the singer is talking about and to her vagina according to some interviews. Her pussy is his “cherry pie” and she is as well. It is a song that wasn’t meant to be taken seriously, is filled with humor and double meanings, and was very much liked by many swingers when it was a top ten hit because it says “Swingin” so many times I’m not about to count them.

Obviously, he likes his cherry pie a bunch, but the band had a love-hate relationship with the song because it launched them to a higher level of fame, but the song overshadowed their other work. For many listeners, the group was just that one song. I think however that it introduced them to enough people who otherwise would not have given them a try that it was worth it. They were a great band if you liked that type of music in that era with or without this mega hit. They are still rockn’ it up. You can check for concert dates on their Warrant Rocks site.
Though this post has mostly ended up being about a band and lyrics that pop into my mind when I hear or say the words, this design need not be associated with the song for it to rock. It is flirty without the song. Wearing it will cause a viewer’s mind to think sexual thoughts if they find the wearer attractive. The only way it won’t is if that viewer is so innocent they’d probably not be down with any hotwife or swinger shenanigans anyway.
So, Back to our Pie.
Because it was just a fun design and we have cherry pie every summer fresh made with vanilla ice cream I figured it should be a wall clock as well. The roundness of the design just screamed for it. See how easy it is to play with double meanings? Cherry pie, vanilla, screamed for it.
